Shipping Policy


All orders from this website are dispatched from the Kingdom of Bahrain. Prices on goods shipped internationally are excluding VAT and may be subject to VAT & Duty upon entry into the chosen delivery country. This means that when the order reaches its destination country you may be contacted by customs on the telephone number you provided to arrange any VAT & Duty payments that may be due prior to your order being delivered.

Some orders may be subject to delays to MENA Countries. This is due to unforeseen circumstances with couriers experiencing more rigid requirements for channel crossings and delays/congestion at ports. We ask that you please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

Shipping/ Delivery Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail to let you your order is on its way as well as tracking information if applicable. Sometimes your order will be split i.e., arrive in multiple deliveries. This is especially common if you have ordered some apparel items that will be printed to order, or if we send your order from multiple warehouse locations. We use Aramex to send items out. We will select the best option based on your location and order size.

Delivery Quotes

For delivery quotes, please add your products to Cart, proceed to Cart and enter correct address details with Postcode/Country and click "Continue to shipping" to display the shipping options along with prices. If you do not see a shipping option please contact us so we can advise on the best option for you, we may also in some cases have a distributor closer to your location.

Collect from Warehouse

For Bahraini customers, we may provide the option of collecting your order from our warehouse in Saar, Kingdom of Bahrain. To arrange this, please contact us at


Please contact if you require to place a VAT exempt order, or require a VAT receipt for an order you have placed or wish to place.

Large Deliveries/ Heavy Goods (Pallets/Crates Service)

Larger sized orders/ Heavy Goods will be shipped using specialised pallet or freight couriers, which means the delivery process will be slightly different compared to a regular order. Some larger orders may be dropped off at the kerbside only. Please note with pallet orders the driver will not be able to dismantle the pallet or move it into any residence or building, unlike a door-to-door courier service.

We will dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Upon delivery, a signature will be required. Once your order reaches the local delivery depot, they will contact you at the provided telephone number to arrange a suitable delivery day from Monday to Friday. Please ensure that the contact number you have provided is accurate. When contacted, please inform the delivery depot of any potential obstacles that may hinder their trucks, such as narrow access roads, low bridges, or security gates. This information will help avoid any delays in receiving your order on the chosen delivery date.

Freight shipping times are normally between 3-5 working days. However depending on your location can take up to 7 working days, we cannot guarantee freight shipping times.

Please be aware we cannot ship freight to some international countries.

Working Days, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays

A working day is defined as Sunday-Thursday, and this excludes Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.

Order Submission Deadline

Any orders received after 2:00 PM on a business day will be processed on the next working/business day.


Delivery Terms

(a)While Cerberus Strength strives to ensure timely delivery as requested by the Customer, it cannot be held accountable for any loss, whether direct or indirect, resulting from errors or delays caused by Third parties or the Customer’s own errors.
(b)The company cannot be held responsible for the decisions, errors, or actions of Third Parties involved in providing the Service or Services offered by Cerberus Strength. The Customer agrees to indemnify Cerberus Strength against any consequential loss incurred by the Customer due to errors, omissions, or actions of Cerberus Strength, the Customer or Third Parties.
(c)Cerberus Strength will not be held liable in the event of default by the Aramex. The terms and conditions of the Aramex apply.
(d)At checkout, various options are available with estimated delivery times provided. We make every effort to inform the customer of any potential delays. For orders sent via Standard Shipping weighing under 3kg, we kindly request that the customer allow up to 7 working days for Bahraini orders and up to 28 working days for international orders.
